Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a global provider of high-quality early education and child care, back-up care, and workplace education services, agreed to acquire Only About Children, an operator of child care and early education centers in Australia, from Bain Capital, a private multi-asset alternative investment firm, for $320m. “We are excited to welcome Only About Children to the Bright Horizons family.
