Crestview Partners-backed SyBridge Technologies completed the acquisition of Wachusett Precision Tool.

Crestview Partners-backed SyBridge Technologies, an industrial technology company, completed the acquisition of Wachusett Precision Tool, a full service provider for medical products, medical device and packaging industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of WPT and SyBridge Life Sciences' existing northeast facility in Erie, PA will give us a strong presence in serving our customers in the region.
