Gentherm to acquire Automotive business from Alfmeier for $187m.

Gentherm, an innovative thermal management technologies company, agreed to acquire Automotive business from Alfmeier, an automotive lumbar and massage comfort solutions provider, for $187m. “I am excited to see the combination of two unique system design companies with integrated hardware and intelligent software.
