RLDatix completed the acquisition of Quality Compliance Systems.

RLDatix, a provider of governance, risk and compliance services, completed the acquisition of Quality Compliance Systems, a provider of content driven SaaS compliance software for the primary care and care sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The value fit with RLDatix was immediately clear.
