Inspired Education to acquire Escola Eleva Global School from Eleva Educacao for $396m.

Inspired Education, a global school group, agreed to acquire Escola Eleva Global School, a group of seven schools across Brazil, from Eleva Educacao, an education solution provider, for $396m. “We have spent a significant amount of time in the last few years evaluating opportunities for expansion in Brazil and are now proud to welcome the premier Brazil school group, Eleva Global Schools, into our group of over 80 of the leading schools around the world," Nadim M Nsouli, Founder, Inspired Chairman and CEO.
