Eiffage completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Snef Telecom from Snef.

Eiffage, a French civil engineering construction company, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Snef Telecom, a French mobile telecoms firm, from Snef, a construction engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This new acquisition enables Eiffage Énergie Systèmes to enter the expanding mobile telecommunications market buoyed by the development of 5G technologies. It will strengthen Eiffage Énergie Systèmes’ offer and expertise for industrial and tertiary-sector customers.
