Johnson Controls completed the acquisition of Asset Plus.

Johnson Controls, a company which focuses on efficiency, controls, and automation to make your world more sustainable, completed the acquisition of Asset Plus, a specialist provider of energy reduction and zero-carbon measures for the UK public sector.
