Antech Diagnostics to acquire EUROLyser from ArchiMed.

Synopsis

Antech Diagnostics, a provider of veterinary care services, agreed to acquire EUROLyser, a provider of point-of-care testing products, from ArchiMed, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ArchiMed knew exactly what we needed to not let opportunities slip by. The partnership with Antech is an example of this," Michael Gruber, EUROLyser Co-Founder and CEO.
