Montagu-backed ISI Emerging Markets completed the acquisition of REDD Intelligence.

Montagu-backed ISI Emerging Markets, a provider of data information services intended to serve the emerging market, completed the acquisition of REDD Intelligence, a provider of news, information, and research on high yield, distressed and event-driven special situations in the emerging markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited by the opportunities from this deal.
