Grzegorz Dołbniak completed the acquisition of Rotometal from Highlander Partners.

Grzegorz Dołbniak, a Rotometal CEO, completed the acquisition of Rotometal, a designer and producer of products serving the printing and converting industries, from Highlander Partners, a middle market private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to complete this transaction and happy that Grzegorz is able to become the controlling shareholder.
