Helios Technologies to acquire Taim R&D.

Helios Technologies, a control and electronic controls technology provider, agreed to acquire Taim R&D, a manufacturer of innovative hydraulic components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bolting Taimi onto our pure-play Hydraulics platform is a clear demonstration of the continued progress we are making with our flywheel acquisition strategy.
