Byju's-backed Great Learning to acquire Northwest Executive Education for $100m.

Byju's-backed Great Learning, a professional learning company, agreed to acquire Northwest Executive Education, a global provider of executive education programmes, for $100m. Byju’s has been on an acquisition spree since the start of 2021 as it is aggressively looking to consolidate its leadership in the online and offline learning space across categories and different geographies.
