Partners Group led an $110m Series D round in SirionLabs.

Partners Group, a global private markets firm, led an $110m Series D round in SirionLabs, a startup developing a platform to automate aspects of contract management, with participation from Avatar Capital, Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. On January 3, 2023, Brookfield joined the funding round. The funding from Partners Group will support scaling SirionLabs’ operations, which includes adding up to 200 employees to its global workforce. Key emphasis will be placed on product innovation in AI and user experience that will attract new customers while also better serving the SirionLabs current customer base of more than 250 companies.
