Mestergruppen, a construction services company, completed the acquisition of VVS Norway, a plumbing equipment manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are happy that VVS Norge will now become part of the Mestergruppen. We fit well together. Both are concerned with developing strong brands and chain concepts that the members use to win in their local markets.
