Sesa, a company in technological innovation and digital services for the business segment, completed the acquisition of Durante, an IT services and IT consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Var Group, then, through Durante, will develop a new business unit dedicated to the development of solutions in the digital workspace and collaboration sector, with the aim of further strengthening skills and customer sets.
