Osaka Gas and Oriden to form a joint venture.

Osaka Gas, a gas company, and Oriden, a renewable energy developer, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re pleased to partner with Oriden, an experienced developer delivering tailored clean energy solutions to a broad range of customers.
