Viveo to acquire Proinfusion for $50m.

Viveo, a Brazilian medicines and drugs wholesaler, agreed to acquire Proinfusion, a firm which offers hospitals and healthcare companies solutions for cancer treatment, for $50m. The transaction still requires approval from Brazil's antitrust watchdog."The transaction will allow Viveo to consolidate a manipulation platform assuring Viveo strategy's to enhance the rendering of services to hospitals, clinics and and health insurance companies.
