McLaren to acquire Mercedes-Benz Formula E from Mercedes-Benz.

McLaren, a British motor racing team based, agreed to acquire Mercedes-Benz Formula E, a German racing team, from Mercedes-Benz, a German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “McLaren Racing always seeks to compete against the best and on the leading edge of technology, providing our fans, partners and people with new ways to be excited, entertained and inspired.
