Saint-Gobain completed the acquisition of Global SFC and Monofrax.

Saint-Gobain, a firm that designs, manufactures and distributes materials and services for the construction and industrial markets, completed the acquisition of Global SFC, a technological leader in nano-ceramic window film coatings, and Monofrax, a manufacturer of fused cast refractories and mortars. Financial terms were not disclosed. These actions aim at focusing the group’s figh performance solutions activities on its most important higher growth global markets – where Saint-Gobain holds a leadership position thanks to its innovation capabilities, allowing it to accelerate the efforts of its customers towards carbon neutrality and circularity.
