Bemis Associates completed the acquisition of Protechnic.

Bemis Associates, an adhesives and specialty films company, completed the acquisition of Protechnic, a manufacturer in hot melt adhesive bonding, decorative film printing, combined functionality, converting plus application technology, andsustainable industrial solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By leveraging Bemis' global footprint and Protechnic's innovative products, we are confident we will accelerate the growth of the business around the world to better serve our customers in every region," Emmanuel Roll, Protechnic CEO.
