MiddleGround Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm, agreed to acquire Haltech Engine Management Systems, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of automotive aftermarket engine management electronics, from Race Winning Brands, a manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts.
