Waterland-backed Dovesco, an investment group, completed the acquisition of LS Bedding, a premium bedding manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The three brands Ergosleep, Magnitude and Nox stand for high-quality products, innovation and production excellence and target different customer groups.
