Swiss Life Asset Managers, a European asset manager, completed the acquisition of Almaviva Sante, a private health group, from Sagesse Retraite Sante, a private health care company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Almaviva Santé has ambitious development projects which will benefit from the support of our new and unique combination of strong co-shareholders.
