Egeria, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Arcus IT and Accent Automatisering, IT consultancy services companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The expertise required in areas such as data and security is becoming increasingly important in our sector while talent is scarce. By joining forces with Accent we further expand our solid position in the northern provinces of the Netherlands while also increasing our shared expertise.
