Greencoat UK Wind a renewable infrastructure fund, agreed to acquire a 12.5% stake in Hornsea One Wind Farm from Global Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure investment fund, for $1.4bn. "Hornsea 1 has a high load factor and high CFD price which complements our subsidy free investments,” Shonaid Jemmett-Page, Greencoat UK Wind Chairman.
