Waterland to acquire Partou from Onex.

Waterland, an independent private equity investment group, agreed to acquire Partou, the largest provider of high-quality childcare in the Netherlands, from Onex, an investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Waterland’s new fund fits well with this next phase of our organisation, which fulfils an important societal role.
