Thales to acquire S21sec and Excellium from Sonae Investment Management for $128m.

Thales, a provider of advanced technologies, agreed to acquire S21sec, a provider of end-to-end cyber-security services, and Excellium, a provider of cybersecurity services, from Sonae Investment Management, a corporate venture capital firm, for $128m. “As the majority shareholder of the company, we’ve helped Maxive Cybersecurity more than triple its yearly revenues, building on its history of innovation and specialization and helping it become one of Europe’s leading MSSP companies.
