Sagewind-backed Sigma Defense Systems, a provider of airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance sensor data transport engineering and services, completed the acquisition of Sub U Systems, a manufacturer of deployable tactical edge-of-network route, switch, and computing technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
