AG and Ackermans & van Haaren completed the acquisition of Anima.

AG, a real estate subsidiary of AG Insurance, and Ackermans & van Haaren, a diversified group, completed the acquisition of Anima, a residential care centers operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am doubly proud today: proud of the 1.6k colleagues who have developed Anima into a high-quality and respected operator of residential care centers over the past 15 years.
