DC Blox completed the acquisition of Network Assets from Light Source Communications and Ascendant Capital Fiber.

DC Blox, a provider of secure and reliable data centers, completed the acquisition of Network Assets from Light Source Communications, a next generation dark fiber provider, and Ascendant Capital Fiber, a real estate investment and operating firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of these fiber assets and the capabilities of our new team members will provide DC BLOX a more comprehensive ability to meet the data center and communications infrastructure requirements of a broader set of customers across the Southeast region.
