SiMOS Newco completed the acquisition of the intellectual property rights and specialised equipment business from Silicon Quantum Computing.

SiMOS Newco, an UNSW Sydney spin-out company, completed the acquisition of the intellectual property rights and specialised equipment business from Silicon Quantum Computing, a quantum computing hardware company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
