Yamauchi to acquire Toyo Construction for $740m.

Yamauchi, a family office of the Yamauchi family which started and built up the global gaming giant Nintendo, offered to acquire Toyo Construction, an engineering company that constructs the plant in a global stage centering on the plant engineering field, for $740m.
