Strikepoint, a provider of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services, completed the acquisition of Phillips Air Care, a provider of plumbing, heating, electrical and air conditioning services across the North Charlotte area. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Jessica and I could not have built what we did without our loyal employees.
