Crossbay, an urban logistics platform, completed the acquisition of the European warehousing portfolio in Spain, France, and the Netherlands from Thor Equities Group, a provider of urban real estate development, leasing, and management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This successful transaction bolsters Thor’s track record and demonstrates the strong demand for well-located assets across Europe.
