Maas Group to acquire DPG Civil and GARDE for $21m.

Maas Group, a construction materials, equipment and services provider, agreed to acquire cable installation specialists DPG Civil and GARDE for $21m. “The strategic acquisition of GARDE will be earnings per share accretive and is highly complementary to our existing businesses and I’m excited to bring such a well-respected and market leader into the Group," Wes Maas, Maas Group Managing Director and CEO.
