Comerc Participacoes to acquire Energea Salinas, Energea Pedrinopolis and Energea Tres Pontas from BTG Pactual and Energea Global for $41m.

Comerc Participacoes, a Brazilian power company, agreed to acquire three firms own solar farms, Energea Salinas, Energea Pedrinopolis and Energea Tres Pontas from BTG Pactual, a Brazilian financial company, and Energea Global, a renewable energy portfolio manager, for $41m. The acquired special purpose companies are in the final stages of construction and expand the company's installed capacity by 28.5 MWp after its completion. The effectiveness of the operation still depends on the approval of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
