Brentwood Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hissho Sushi, a franchisor of turnkey sushi solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hissho is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the growing consumer trend towards convenient and healthy prepared food options.
