The Carlyle Group-backed CorroHealth completed the acquisition of Aergo Solutions from Northstar Capital.

The Carlyle Group-backed CorroHealth, a provider of reimbursement cycle tracking services, completed the acquisition of Aergo Solutions, a software company, from Northstar Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Aergo and CorroHealth have worked together in the recent past on several RCM projects in our space. The benefits of our worklist technology have already delivered impressive results to these combined engagements," Kevin Chmura, Aergo Solutions CEO.
