Azelis to acquire Chemo India and Unipharm Laboratories for $19m.

Azelis, an innovation service provider, agreed to acquire Chemo India and Unipharm Laboratories, chemical distributors, for $19m. “We are delighted to have the support of a global industry leader as we strive to reach the next stage of growth for our business.
