Kelso-backed Eagle Family Foods Group to acquire Helper and Suddenly Salad from General Mills for $610m.

Kelso-backed Eagle Family Foods Group, a producer and marketer of canned sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk products, agreed to acquire Helper and Suddenly Salad from General Mills, an American producer of packaged consumer foods, for $610m.
