Nova Ljubljanska banka completed the acquisition of the remaining 9.78% stake in NLB Komercijalna banka for $62m.

Nova Ljubljanska banka, a universal banking firm, completed the acquisition of the remaining 9.78% stake in NLB Komercijalna banka, a commercial bank, for $62m. The squeeze-out process was conducted entirely in accordance with the Serbian Companies Act. Increasing the ownership in NLB Komercijalna banka further strenghtens NLB’s market position on one of the key markets to deliver the NLB Group’s strategic ambitions.
