Crestwood Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sendero Midstream Partners, an oil and gas company, for $600m. The Sendero Midstream transaction provides a natural catalyst to execute Crestwood’s stated objective to consolidate First Reserve’s 50% equity interest of CPJV, which enhances scale and removes the structural complexity of the joint venture in Crestwood’s asset portfolio.
