EOS Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire SRG Serve Schaltanlagen, a manufacturer of switchgear systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the new partnership, the SBIS broadens its offering in innovative manufacturing service, type-tested installation and low-voltage main distribution up to 5000A, industrial automations systems, control and server cabinets, motor control centres, building automation and specialized customer solutions for plant and engineering services.
