Greenlight Guru to acquire Vertex Intelligence.

Greenlight Guru, a software company in Indianapolis, Indiana, agreed to acquire Vertex Intelligence, a data science company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Vertex Intelligence enables us to help medical device companies achieve True Quality through proactive decision support across the entire medical device product life-cycle," Nick Tippman, Vertex Intelligence CEO.
