Bain Capital completed the acquisition of VXI Global Solutions from The Carlyle Group.

Bain Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of VXI Global Solutions, a provider of business process outsourcing services, from The Carlyle Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment is testament to Bain Capital’s advantage in founder partnership deals and the result of more than 10 years of relationship building. Over the past three years, VXI has demonstrated robust organic growth, and we are confident in David and his team’s ability to accelerate this trajectory," Jonathan Zhu, Bain Capital Managing Director.
