Medtronic, a healthcare technology company, and DaVita, a comprehensive kidney care provider, agreed to form a joint venture, enhance the patient treatment experience and improve overall outcomes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting moment that will shape the future of kidney care.
