Hidden Harbor Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Monster Transmission from Woodbridge International.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Monster Transmission, a premier supplier of all automotive transmission types, from Woodbridge International, a mergers and acquisitions firm.
