Palistar Capital-backed CTI Towers completed the acquisition of SCI Towers.

Palistar Capital-backed CTI Towers, an operator of wireless telecommunications towers, completed the acquisition of SCI Towers, a provider of communications tower development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We appreciate the mutually beneficial relationship we shared with the CTI Towers team, over these last six years, in partnering with us to build towers for the benefit of the wireless carrier community.
