Tes to acquire Orovia Group.

Tes, an educational software company, agreed to acquire Orovia Group, a provider of payroll software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Schools have a major challenge around having to manage a multitude of disconnected systems, especially when it comes to HR and payroll.
