IMI completed the acquisition of Bahr Modultechnik from IK Partners for $105m.

IMI, an engineering company, completed the acquisition of Bahr Modultechnik, a provider of highly configured modular electric linear motion systems, from IK Partners, a private equity firm, for $105m. “I would like to welcome Bahr and all its employees to IMI. With Bahr’s differentiated electric actuator capability, we have created a significant opportunity to enhance IMI’s current position in the Industrial Automation market," Roy Twite, IMI CEO.
